with pineapple, tomato, celery, bean sprout and fresh herbs in a spicy
tamarind flavor broth
5. Ca Kho To - Country style filet channel catfish simmered in black
pepper and scallion in a heavy garlic sauce
6. Tom Xao Rau Que (Basil Shrimp) - Sautéed jumbo shrimp, tomato,
lotus root, snow peas, mushroom, Napa cabbage and fresh basil in our
chef's spicy sauce
7. Tom Xao Ca Tim (Shrimp with eggplant) - Jumbo shrimp sautéed
with eggplant and onion in brown sauce
8. Tom Xao Sa Ot (Spicy shrimp with lemongrass) - Jumbo shrimp sautéed
with onion in spicy lemongrass sauce

(Sate Squid) - Sliced squid sautéed with bamboo and green onion
in sate sauce
10. Ca Chien Xao Mang (Crispy Rainbow Trout) - Sautéed crispy
rainbow trout chunks with bamboo, green onion, mushroom and ginger in
spicy sauce
11. Tom Lan Bot (Battered Shrimp) - Battered jumbo shrimp fried to crispiness
topped with a special sauce
12. Tom, So Xao Dau Hoa LAN (Shrimp, scallop with snow peas) - Jumbo
shrimp and scallop sautéed with snow peas, bamboo and water chestnut
