bean curd with onion in spicy lemongrass sauce

Xao Rau Que (Basil Vegetables) - Sautéed bean curd with tomato,
lotus root, snow peas, mushroom, Napa cabbage and fresh basil in a spicy
sauce
5. Dau Hu Xao Lan (Curry Tofu) - Sautéed fried bean curd with
onion in curry sauce. Topped with crushed peanuts.

steamed tofu with mixed vegetables in brown sauce

curd with eggplant and onion in sate sauce
8. Rau Xao Chay (Mixed vegetables delight) - Sautéed fried bean
curd with dry lily and vegetables in a brown sauce
