Cai Xanh Xao Rau Que (Basil Vegetables) - Sautéed bean curd with tomato, lotus root, snow peas, mushroom, Napa cabbage and fresh basil in a spicy sauce

5. Dau Hu Xao Lan (Curry Tofu) - Sautéed fried bean curd with onion in curry sauce. Topped with crushed peanuts.

6. Do Chay Xao Thap Cam (Tofu with mixed vegetables) - Sautéed steamed tofu with mixed vegetables in brown sauce

7. Dau Hu Xao Ca Tim (Tofu with eggplant) - Sautéed fried bean curd with eggplant and onion in sate sauce

8. Rau Xao Chay (Mixed vegetables delight) - Sautéed fried bean curd with dry lily and vegetables in a brown sauce

9. Dau Hu Xao Bong CAI (Tofu with broccoli) - Sautéed fried bean curd with broccoli and carrot in a brown sauce
